Sortlo Privacy Policy

What we collect

Sortlo records how the game is played so we can make levels fairer and decide which version of the game to build: level started, finished or failed, how long you actively played, how full the tray was, and which game theme your install shows. These events are tied to a random identifier created when you install the app. It is not your name, email, advertising identifier or any account, and it is reset if you delete the app. Two small values, the date you first opened Sortlo and the theme you were given, are kept in the device keychain so that reinstalling does not count as a new player; they stay on your device and are only used to mark such installs in our statistics.

Advertising attribution

If you installed Sortlo from an Apple Search Ads ad, Apple tells the app which campaign and ad group the install came from (Apple's AdServices). We use this only to choose the game theme for that campaign and to measure which theme players enjoy. Sortlo does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not ask for tracking permission.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your highest level, total stars, achievements and your points on each level and on the daily and weekly challenge puzzles are sent to Apple's Game Center so they show on its leaderboards and challenges. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Sortlo does not receive your Game Center identity for its own statistics.

Friends on the map: only if you tap "See friends on the map" and allow it in iOS, Sortlo reads your Game Center friends who play Sortlo and shows their name, photo and highest level on your level map. This stays on your device and is not stored or sent to us.

iCloud

Your stars, points and furthest level are saved in your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage), so your progress continues on your other devices. This is handled by Apple; we never receive it.

What we do not do

No accounts, no tracking across other apps or websites, no selling or sharing of data, no location, contacts, photos or microphone.

Storage and retention

Gameplay events are stored on our own server (Cloudflare) for up to 12 months and then deleted. Aggregated statistics may be kept longer.

Children

Sortlo is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Ne topluyoruz

Seviyeleri daha adil yapmak ve oyunun hangi sürümünü geliştireceğimize karar vermek için oyunun nasıl oynandığını kaydederiz: seviye başladı, bitti ya da kaybedildi, ne kadar süre aktif oynadınız, tepsi ne kadar doluydu ve kurulumunuzun hangi temayı gösterdiği. Bu kayıtlar, uygulamayı kurduğunuzda oluşturulan rastgele bir kimliğe bağlıdır; adınız, e-postanız, reklam kimliğiniz ya da bir hesap değildir ve uygulamayı silerseniz sıfırlanır. İlk açılış tarihi ve size verilen tema, yeniden kurulumun yeni oyuncu sayılmaması için cihazın anahtar zincirinde (Keychain) tutulur; cihazınızdan çıkmaz, yalnızca bu kurulumları istatistikte işaretlemek için kullanılır.

Reklam ölçümü

Sortlo'yu bir Apple Search Ads reklamından kurduysanız Apple, uygulamaya kurulumun hangi kampanyadan geldiğini söyler (AdServices). Bunu yalnızca o kampanyanın temasını seçmek ve oyuncuların hangi temayı sevdiğini ölçmek için kullanırız. Reklam kimliği (IDFA) kullanılmaz, takip izni istenmez.

Game Center

Haritada arkadaşlar: yalnızca "Arkadaşlarını haritada gör"e dokunur ve iOS'ta izin verirsen Sortlo, Sortlo oynayan Game Center arkadaşlarını okur ve adlarını, fotoğraflarını ve en yüksek seviyelerini seviye haritanda gösterir. Bu bilgiler cihazında kalır; saklanmaz ve bize gönderilmez.

iCloud

Yıldızların, puanların ve ulaştığın seviye kendi iCloud hesabına (iCloud anahtar-değer deposu) kaydedilir; böylece ilerlemen diğer cihazlarında devam eder. Bunu Apple yönetir; biz bu bilgileri hiçbir zaman almayız.

Yapmadıklarımız

Hesap yok, diğer uygulama ve sitelerde takip yok, veri satışı ya da paylaşımı yok; konum, rehber, fotoğraf ya da mikrofon erişimi yok.

Saklama

Oyun kayıtları kendi sunucumuzda (Cloudflare) en fazla 12 ay tutulur ve sonra silinir.
